Focusing on quality and the environment
When we formulated our quality goal, the environment was central to this. Wood is an environmentally friendly material, and Fredricsons Trä is an environmentally friendly company. To highlight our environmental commitment we recycle steel and leftover wood chips for biofuel, plus we recycle plastic packaging. We are also connected to the FTI registry, where we contribute to the environment as well.
Several sustainability initiatives
All our trucks run on RME diesel and are environmentally zone approved. Our truck fleet consists mainly of electric trucks. We are also connected to the construction industry’s pallet return system, called Byggpall.
The facilities in Arlöv, Gothenburg and Vaggeryd are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
We are also certified according to the Swedish Customs Service’s Service Ladder for increased service, quality and efficiency. Since 2012, the company has also been certified according to FSC® and PEFC™. This underlines the company’s purposeful environmental work and its contribution to sustainable development.
Our ambitious quality policy
